Lutfur Rahman George, a Bangladeshi television and film actor was born in Dhaka, Bangladesh on 1 July 1963. Lutfur started his acting career in theatre at the age of 22. He began his work with the renowned company Nagorik Natya Sampradaya. Lutfur’s commitment to theatre continued until 1998. His last show was Roktokorobi in Egypt. In addition to his acting career, George is involved in cultural preservation and social causes. His initiatives have a significant role in promoting the rich cultural heritage of Bangladesh. He has also concentrated on business for 14 years.
His filmography includes Aguner Poroshmoni (1994), Pokamakorer Ghorbosoti (1996), Bailey Road(2011), Mrittika Maya (2013), Aynabaji (2016), Gohin Baluchor (2017), Kaler Putul (2018), Iti, Tomari Dhaka (2019), Indubala (2019), Poran(2022), Radio(2023).
