Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Seniors Season 3 started airing on December 18, 2022, on Zee Tamil. The top 45 talented singers were chosen from the offline auditions by the jury and they competed to advance to the final 20. Out of these 20, only six extraordinary singers were chosen to be the finalists. They were, Jeevan, Akshaya, Purushotaman, Lakshana, Nagarjun, and Raagawarshini. The judges announced Purushotaman as the winner of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Seniors Season 3 and awarded him a cash prize of ten lakh rupees. He thanked his guru and mentors for supporting him throughout the journey. The first runner-up, Raagawarshini, and the second runner-up, Laxana, were awarded cash prizes of rupees five and three lakhs, respectively. Nagarjuna got a special award Singer who attracted people’s hearts and won a cash prize of rupees one lakh.
