CJ Baskar has come up with an entirely different story line for this serial to get up to speed with the modern day trend. The overall plot of the story is all about two youths and their marriage. The male is Mahesh who works in a reputed back. He is a perfectionist and wants everything to be order around him or he will be tensed. On the contrast, Maheswari who plays the female lead is a TV reporter who works for a media on a freelance basis. She is a person with lots of love, passion, courage and determination and loves adventure and thrill a lot. Overall, she wants to be free and she does not like anybody questioning her or cribbing for silly reasons whatsoever. 

As a twist, both Mahesh and Maheswari fall in love with each other. They disclose their love to their parents. Their parents understand them and get them married without any questions. Post marriage, Mahesh and Maheswari relocate to a new residential area or colony in West Mambalam (Chennai, Tamil Nadu) to kick-start their married life happily. However, due to their contrast characters difference of opinion blossoms and there seems to be an issue of being compatible with each other. This makes them to think twice on what they have decided and opted thus far. The remaining story unfolds lost of twists on whether they couple will continue to live happily by fighting the problems or split apart.
