Mellisai Mannarai Ninaithale Inikkum was a musical concert that aired on Colors Tamil and it was organized by people to give a tribute to the legendary musician cum singer MS Viswanathan. It was a show that covered the musical concert that happened in Chennai. The main show happened on 7 July 2019. It was 6 hours long that started at 4.15 pm and ended at 10. Pm. The show was done by Lakshman Sruthi. The show was hosted at Jawahar Lal Nehru Stadium Chennai. In the show, they played 100% manual orchestra. In this electronic age where people don't play orchestra and do all the musical work via heavy machines and computers, the Lakshman Sruthi Orchestra insisted on doing it 100% manually, and that was the main attraction of the show.
In the show, they said that at first they started with just ten people and now they are a team of 50 members and have done 10000 plus shows in different regions. They have done shows in different languages as well. They have done it in Tamil, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, and Malayalam. In the show, the main attraction was singer SP Balasubrahmanyam. At first, when the show started, other musicians came to perform on the songs created by MS Viswanathan. They did a magical performance in front of more than 1000 audiences.
After that singer, SPB came himself and did a wonderful job singing different songs. The show had a hugely supportive crowd that cheered on every song and did a perfect job as a decent audience should. The show was recorded and then broadcasted on Colors Tamil. It was a perfect show for orchestra lovers.Â
