Veera is a Tamil TV series that aired on Zee Tamil from 26th February 2024. Raghul Kannapiran penned the screenplay, and the dialogues are by KV Pandiyan. Sivasekar directed the series. Arun Ira produced the series under the banner Sapphire Blue Production. KC Ramesh is the cinematographer for the series. The series is also available on Zee 5.
Veera lives with her mother, brother, and 2 sisters. Her brother, Pandiyan, died in a road accident. Maaran is an alcohol addict who caused the accident which resulted in Pandiyan’s death. Maaran’s father always advises him, but his aunt supports him, and hence he drinks and roams around the city without doing any jobs. In a situation when Veera’s marriage was fixed with Maaran, Veera’s sister, Kanmani, decides to seek revenge on Maaran for her brother’s death. What happened next? Will Veera stop her sister from avenging? The rest of the story deals with the lives of Veera and Maaran.
