Vaanavil is a Tamil TV serial that aired on Colors Tamil in the year 2017. Vaanavil is a poignant serial about children and their desire for approval from parents. Soumya and Surabhi are sisters. Soumya is belittled by her father and grandmother and smothered with love from her mother. On the other hand, Surabhi is showered with love from her father and grandmother but is neglected by her mother. The serial explores the reason for this different treatment of the two sisters. Though the serial is not aired anymore, one can watch the episodes on Voot.
