Ragasiyam is a television serial on Vasantham TV. It was in the Tamil language. The serial started in 2014 and became hugely hit. After that, in 2015, the second season of the series premiered. The second season started on 5th October 2015. The series was produced by MediaCorp Vasantham. The second season started from where the first season of the series ended. It is a courtroom drama consisting of top Tamil actors. The season of the show had a total of 45 episodes. It started where Diwakar’s antagonist of the show is back. Session in the court starts, and it is interesting to see where Diwakar's fate takes him. He is sent to jail after his sentence. After a few years, he comes out of jail and now wants to do the right stuff. He wants to change that way he used to work.

There is a sudden death that happens at the same time. Protagonists of the show Rudra, Sachi, and Roshan, are devastated after hearing the news that the man is no more. They all want to go to pay his respect. There is another story that starts when the protagonist Rudra has to unfold. There is a couple named Sanjay and Sunita. They both are newly married couples and have their secrets. They pretend to be in love, or they might be in love. But somethings unfortunate happens. Rudra and Vishal have to come back for the things that are about to happen. Rudra gets to represent Sanjay. There is less proof that he is innocent. Rudra has no Idea what he should do.

Later Sanjay does some work and sets Suneeta free. Rudra and Vishal, from their investigations, find out all the things that were hidden between Sanjay and Suneeta. Now they know that Sanjay was the real victim. He has caused Suneeta some trouble. He traps Suneeta again and starts to torture her. Rudra still has no idea whether he should fight for his client, or he should drop him. Later Rudra decides that he is going to represent his client in court and going to prove him not guilty. Vishal’s ex-girlfriend Tara wants to take him back. She is excited and wants to start everything all over again. But she gets to know that she can't have him. Same time Rudra meets a new girl while racing on a race track with Roshan.

After a while, a woman tells Roshan about a case where a lady named Seetha is accused of killing her son. She asks Roshan to help her. Roshan VIsits Seetha and asks her to tell him everything if she wants to be free. She tells him that she does not want any kind of help, and he should leave right now.
