Kannada Tv Show Ayurveda Ahaara

Ayurveda Ahaara was a Kannada TV show that used to air on Ayush TV in the year 2017. The program was broadcasted from 8 PM onwards on weekdays. Various programs highlighting the importance of Ayurveda and how to incorporate it in our daily lives are broadcasted on this twenty – four – hour channel. The title “Ayurveda Ahaara” of the show, means “ayurvedic food”, and precisely that is shown. The series describes and shows the recipes of various healthy foods. The food is prepared in mud vessels in rural settings by the village folk. All of these recipes are beneficial to our health. Recipes on how to make tasty salads, chutneys and other dishes are shown.

The show is very helpful since it advises us on how to use local and easily available ingredients to make the various food items. The episodes show a variety of dishes being prepared. Step by step guidance is provided. One can learn how to make tomato rasam, spinach chutney, palak tomato curry and kesari sebu jala. Some episodes also described how to make unique recipes with local fruits such as guavas and bananas.
