Appu is a mommy’s boy who loves his mother, Mangalamma, to the core. He has a sister, Archana. His life changes when his mother suffers from health issues. Appu’s mother wants him to get married soon. To fulfill his mother’s wish, Appu has to marry a girl. Meanwhile, Gowri is a girl who loves to get married to a person, who accepts her as she is. She has a peculiar disease; she walks in sleep. Her family hides this disease from others and tries to get her married. Appu, who is not interested in marriage, nods to marry upon his mother’s compulsion. What happens next? The rest of the story deals with the lives of Appu and Gowri.
