Bhumi is a tea vendor who aspires to become a police constable. However, in a turn of events, Bhumi’s mother had to land in jail for a crime she didn’t do. Bhumi swears to get her mother out. Ajith is a wealthy young man who works in the police department. He is loyal to his job. Ajith doesn’t want to get married. In a turn of events, Ajith and Bhumi get married. But, they made a contract to be the husband and wife for only a year and tied the knot. Why did they marry? Will they separate after the contract period? The rest of the series deals with this.
