Kasturi Nivasa is a Kannada serial that falls under the genre of tragic romance-drama. Kasturi Nivasa follows the story of two star-crossed lovers; one is a young girl from a modest family while the other one, the boy who is known in the serial as Raghav, comes from a very rich and royal household. They both fall for each other and want to marry each other and live together. The girl’s family doesn’t object but Raghav’s mother, who is the queen of the Kasturi Nivasa objects to their marriage. She doesn’t want her daughter-in-law to be from a modest family and wants her son to marry in a royal family. Fortunately, the girl’s father supports their love and together they set out to change her mother’s stubbornness. The show is named after the house of Kasturi, which is Kasturi Nivasa.
The show has a stellar cast that includes Jai Jagdish who plays the role of the girl’s father. He is a very popular actor, director, and producer in the Kannada film industry.
