Hindi Tv Show MTV Luv Reel 1

MTV Luv Reel is a Hindi language TV show that aired on MTV, India’s number 1 youth channel, in the year 2010. The show aired for three weeks on Saturdays at 7 pm for one and a half hours. The show was sponsored by Cornetto, the brand of love, to promote their ice creams that are usually described as harbingers of love. MTV presented the show in collaboration with two production houses Red Chillies Idiot Box&Milestone Movies Pvt Ltd. MTV is known for its youth centred content that caters to the needs of youth with all kinds of interests. In search of new talent, the show has arranged auditions for filmmakers, story writers, actors, singers, music composers, editors, and anyone required to make a movie.

The auditions took place in major cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Lucknow, Chandigarh, and Bengaluru. After carefully selecting the technicians and cast members, the filmmakers and story writers were given a mentor. They shot three short movies, each lasting for about an hour, in London and Mumbai. The three movies were aired on MTV during the said time slot. They were also featured on some of the multiplexes in Delhi and Mumbai. The three movies are; 1. The new talents introduced through the show are Raghav Chanana and Shukla aiyappa, who play the roles of Rick and Radha bharathi, respectively. This movie was also shot in London. Rick is a student in London whose love for music known no bounds. Radha is a similar girl from India. Rick was declined the opportunity of playing at the music festival in his college because his music didn’t have magic, as per his Professor. When he asked a person playing the guitar for money on a bridge, if he thought his music had magic, the stranger replied that he believes it does and that magic in music can be found through love. That’s when he meets Radha, a girl who he doesn’t like when he first meets.

Raj is the son of a retired Major who is running an ice cream parlour. Annie is the spoiled daughter of a rich dad, who sent her to her uncle’s hoping she would change her behaviour there.
