The story shows how politicians manipulate the people for voting in their favor and, after winning; the politicians are busy looting their state. The Chief Minister of Ulta Pradesh is known for fooling its people and, makes a lot of false promises. ChaituLal’sthenga party seeks for an opportunity for earning black money.
Imli Devi, the comic role of Chaitu’s wife, is one character that supports him no matter what. Imli, like a typical sister, sees her brother Putan, as the Prime Minister of the country and, lets him do whatever he wants under Chaitu’s name. Putan on the other had is a shrewd person who has 13 cases filed against him and, has false degrees. The whole show is a sarcastic comment on the Indian govt.
