Doree lives in a village where the women are not provided with enough opportunities to showcase their skills. The young Doree wishes to test her talent in the textiles, but the weaving jobs are reserved only for men. Gangaprasad, a weaver is a physically challenged, who is involved into the weaving business. As she expresses her interest to him, he supports her. But, this doesn’t go well with Kailashi Devi, who feels that Doree would be a threat for her orders. Soon, Kailashi throws Doree out from her house, and Doree seeks help from Gangaprasad. Now, Gangaprasad becomes Doree’s father figure.

Again, Doree had to face opposition, and this time from Rukmini, a power-hungry woman. She plots against Doree and Gangaprasad. How they escape from her cunning plans? The rest of the story deals with Doree’s intelligence and her future.
