Bengali Tv Serial Nojor

Nojor is a Bengali series that started airing on Star Jalsha on 18th March 2019. It went off air on 3rd November 2019. It is the remake of the Hindi series, Nazar, which aired on Star Plus. Surinder Films created the series.

Maya is an evil entity who is more than 200 years old. Her aim is to kill people and steal their age to keep her beautiful and young. She bewitches a family and controls them. Maya marries Dev Singha Roy and gives birth to two children: Ayush, a son, and a daughter, Ananya. As she helps Dev acquire a huge wealth, he trusts her too much. But his vitality is drained, and he dies prematurely. She also kills her mother-in-law. Debashree suspects Maya and tells Shivani about her suspicion and fear. Shivani is a monster-hunter. To reduce Maya’s powers, Shivani cuts her plait. So, Maya escapes from her and enters the forest. But the villagers, who chased her, set fire, and Maya was turned into a stone. Later, Debashree and Biswarup Singha Roy adopt Ayush and Ananya. They both grew up with Riddhi and Disha, their cousins. While they are doing their graduation, Ayush finds out that he has some superpowers. However, he doesn’t know that he is the hybrid offspring of a human and a witch. It is revealed that he could be saved by a girl who has Goddess Durga’s symbol as her birthmark. Ishani, daughter of Shivani, has that birthmark. Will she save Ayush? The rest of the story speaks about the return of Maya and how she captures all.
