Dui Prithibi is a Bengali romantic political drama serial that aired on ETV Bangla on the weekdays. The serial tells the story of a young woman named Indira, fondly called Indu, who falls in love with Abhi. Indu is a simple, strong-headed fruit-seller girl who belongs to a very poor family and is the breadwinner of the house. Abhi, on the other hand, is the youngest son of the richest and most influential political family of West Bengal.
When they fall in love, a whirlwind of events are set in motion, leaving them to fend for their own selves. Will they be able to keep their love alive or will the political drama swipe them off their feet and leave the whole family in the midst of disastrous events, constituting the rest of the episodes.
