The show was hosted by none other than
Ali Asgar. The show had a total of 4 parts which were full of comedy things that were gags, dance, music, and pranks where actors played pranks on other celebrities in the name of Bura Na Mano Holi Hai. It was a very entertaining show, but it was not only limited to entertainment. This show also provided viewers with the knowledge. The knowledge provided in the show was about the origin and importance of Holi. This show saw the return of the popular hit pair Rakhi Sawant and Raju Shrivastav who along with popular television actors Kunal and
Kavita Kaushik played pranks on celebrities.
The entire 4-day celebration kept the Holi spirit and festive mood fresh. It was most entertaining and longest Holi special show. The grand finale took the fun to a new great level which was hosted by gorgeous Kavita Kaushik and
Suresh Menon. It featured different dance performances which were interspersed with light humour and stand-up comedy by most popular characters and celebrities of Indian television.
Sayantani Ghosh and
Jay Bhanushali showcased folk dance on Nimbuda Nimbuda and Dholi Taro, while Aamir and Sanjeeda made the viewers stunned by their high energy taandav.
Shama Sikander, Manav Gohil and Rakhi Sawant presented a colourful medley of songs.
Sangeeta Ghosh who was missing for a long time also performed on the occasion in her new chic avatar. She gave a very sizzling performance on Move Your Body Baby, and title track of Dhoom with the macho man of television,
Yash Tonk. For the knowledge part, an act was showed representing the Holi celebrations in the Mathura with a dance performance on Kisna Hai by
Pulkit Samrat and
Roshni Chopra who were dressed as Krishna-Radha. Then came an interesting dance skit by the talented
Gurdeep Kohli, and Shraddha Nigam.
The show was taken forward by the young brigade of
Indian Idol 4 containing Charu, Meenal, Prajakta, and Deepali who performed a Qawalinok- Jhok. There was also a special stand-up act by
Shakeel Ahmed and Karishma Tanna.
