Kasautii Zindagii Kay” in 2007. She acted the character of Prerna in the show. In 2008, she performed for 9X channel in the serial “Kya Dil Mein Hai” as Naina. In 2009, she again performed for Star Plus serial “
Kis Desh Mein Hai Meraa Dil”. She acted a cameo as Simran in the serial. She served as Chitra in an episode of

On relocating to Delhi, Sengar attended the Amit University in Noida, graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication. Senagar, later on, shifted to Mumbai where she worked at an advertisement agency and also briefly with UTV Software Communication Channel’s, Hungama TV.
