Plot
Surya is an angry youngster who gets involved in fights, if he feels anything wrong is happening in front of his eyes. To control his anger, his mother lays a condition, and he promises her that he will express his anger only on Saturdays. Meanwhile, Surya has a clash with Daya, a CI. When Surya wants Daya to pay for his misdeeds, a cop, Charulatha, crosses his path. When he is struck with this, a politician Koormanandam, joins his list. How does Surya tackle all his issues? The rest of the film shows us.
Star Performance
Nani is superb in his role as Surya. The way he suppresses his anger and opens up on Saturdays is fantastically expressed. SJ Surya is not a percent less than Nani. He has become a performance hulk in recent years with his negative roles. Priyanka and Nani’s chemistry is good, though she shares less screen space. Murli Sharma, Saikumar and Harsha Vardhan are quite decent in the given roles. Aditi and Abhirami’s roles are limited. Yet, they are good at performing.
Analysis
Vivek’s attempt at this action story is definitely laudable. However, the screenplay is not perfect throughout. It has its own lags here and there. The character intro scenes should have been made quickly. It takes a lot of time and makes us feel when they’ll enter the story. Some of the characters are finely made, but with less screen time, especially Abhirami and Aditi. They have got good emotional roles. Though Murli Sharma is decent with this performance, his role should have been developed better. The music composition is really the biggest plus in the film, as it uplifts the action mode many times. Even in the emotional scenes, the mild tones attract us. The visuals are decent. However, the editing should have been stricter.

Verdict
Saripodhaa Sanivaaram is a perfect mix of action, sentiment, and romance, with excellent performances from the lead stars. Despite a lag in the screenplay, the film impresses the audience with enough engaging moments! It is a watchworthy treat for this Sanivaaram!
