Plot
After a period of break, ADGP Mathew Manjooran IPS decided to take retirement from this job. On his last day At the job, DGP assigned him a new case to solve. At first, he rejected it but later decided to follow his superior instruction. For this case, ASP Harshitha Chopra and DSP Iqbal will assist him. The case revolves around the murders of people. The weapon used in it is drug injection at gunpoint. Mattew believes that it is related to Shaktivel Palanisamy. Shaktivel Palanisamy is a Tamilian doctor in the Tharakan hospital. Mattew researched Shaktivel Palanisamy. It reveals how he has mental trauma due to his father’s suicide. This leads to him killing all the people who do malpractice in the hospital. How will Matthew handle this situation? Will he be able to capture Shaktivel? The rest of the story deals with it.
Star Performance
Mohanlal, as ADGP Mathew Manjooran IPS, did an incredible performance in the film. This veteran actor always impresses the audience as usual with his acting. From dialogue delivery to acting, he was brilliant in the movie. His detailing of the character was outstanding in the movie. Raashi Khanna, as SP Harshita Chopra IPS did a fantastic performance in the movie. She was a perfect assistant to the issue. She played a significant role in solving the case. One would fear Vishal, as Dr. Shaktivel Palanisamy, after watching this movie. That much impact he made in the whole film. His appearance as the psycho doctor was scary, horrifying, and, at the same time, creepy. He was the perfect Anti-hero in this movie. He did a remarkable performance in the film. All the other actors were as good as the main lead actors.
Analysis
The storyline of the film was great, creepy, horrifying, and scary. The film focus on the central theme of how mental issues affect us. The film is showing how people’s perspectives on injustice. The story and theme were good in the movie. The narration in the movie was not well framed and structured. The film was short-phased and lengthy. The thriller nature of the movie is maintained from the start till the end. The storyline was interesting in the movie. The message in the film were good. The background music and songs play a significant role in the film. The dialogues were excellent in the film. The cinetomagraphy and direction was good in the film.
