Plot
Vyra Vasundhara is married to Satyam and has a son, Ramana. Marx and Lenin, the enemies of Satyam, burn his Mirchi factory. Satyam was wrongly sent to jail for 12 years, after his brother-in-law planned a murder attack on Lenin. Due to the explosion, Ramana loses his left eyesight. After Satyam goes to jail, Vasundhara leaves her son, Ramana, and goes with Venkataswamy, her father. After some years, Vasundhara becomes a Minister by the efforts made by her father, Venkataswamy. Kata, who knows the truth about Vasundhara, threatens her that he will reveal the truth about her son in public. Soon, he tries to join hands with Ramana, but Ramana rejects his deal. Venkataswamy meets Ramana and asks him to sign a document that he has no relationship with Vasundhara so that her political life will be safe. What did Ramana do? Will Vasundhara accept her son? Why did she leave him? Who is the master behind all these stories? The rest of the film deals with these.
Star Performance
Mahesh Babu is, as usual, good in his dialogues and action sequences. His Guntur dialect is awesome. Mahesh’s body language and expressions are fantastic. His chemistry with Prakash Raj is good to watch. They have always done a great job together, and Guntur Kaaram gets added to the list. As usual, Ramya gave an impressive performance and received appreciation from the audience.

Analysis
Trivikram’s Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo was much spoken for its fantastic touch in all the areas, including script, dialogues, visuals, performances, and action sequences. But, Guntur Kaaram didn’t bring the expected effect. Though there are sentimental scenes and action sequences, the film misses something to impress the general audience. The film had a good start, but it lost its pace on the go. As the writing is not up to the mark, the emotional scenes didn’t get much elevated. Many of the good performers in the film, including Jayaram,
