Plot
Pavunuthayi lives with her daughter and a grandson, and three of her sons are estranged. She is a sharp-tongued lady who doesn’t dare. Many are afraid of her and even curse her for her words. One day, she was found in critical health, which brought all her sons, home. They were informed about some wealth she had accumulated, and they are on. What happened to her? Will she reveal the secrets of her wealth? Were they able to set the 70-year-old lady back to normal? The rest of the film follows this.
Star Performance
Radhika, the stunner, lived as Pavunuthayi. After a long time, it is exciting to see her playing the titular role. Her body language, dialogue delivery, and expressions are amazing as usual. Singampuli, Ramdoss, and Aruldoss are good in their roles.
Analysis
The debutant director has made a good attempt with a stunning performer like Radhika. The makeup, her ornaments, and the rest of her costumes are perfectly chosen. The actors fit finely in the roles and the comedy is situational, and nothing is forced. As a producer, Sivakarthikeyan will be really happy and proud to have backed this project. Sivakumar’s direction is fine and the message is quite decent, too. There are a few flaws here and there, but Radhika makes us skip them. The old songs become situational songs, and they are perfectly used. Nivas’ BGM is impressive. The visuals by Vivek are good, and the editing is quite decent.

With a natural performer like Radhika in the central role, the film has a lot of pluses that make it watchable. For the performances and direction, you can try this once!
