Plot
Abu is a communist worker who lives in Gopalapura, a village on the Kerala-Karnataka border. Abu’s financial situation is not good and the bank has urged him to repay the loan soon. Abu gets various options to skip the bank procedures. What will be his decision? Which path will he choose to clear off his debts? The rest of the film speaks about it.
Star Performance
Saiju Kurup has done his role well, as usual. Dharmajan has given a decent performance, playing the close aide of the protagonist. Rahul Madhav, Sunil Sukhada, and Chitra Shenoy have done what was required of them.
Analysis
The writer has penned the socio-political happenings in the state. The comedy laced in the sequences worked out only to an extent. A song was forced to be inserted for commercial purposes, and that could’ve been avoided. Some sequences in the beginning of the second half could’ve made a significant impact if those were executed properly. As the screenplay is not gripping, some sequences lose their nature. Other than these, the performances are decent and the visuals are okay.

With its premise, the film tries to attract the viewers with good performances. But, the weak execution didn’t help elevate it further. Â
