Plot
In 2005, Udupi Gramin Bank hired employees for its new branch in Bedakam, Kasargod. Vishnu, one of the newly hired employees, finds out that something is incorrect in the bank’s functioning. Parthasarathy, an Income Tax officer, has already started investigating about its function, as he was given the duty to probe the fraud. Although Parthasarathy was famous for his shrewd investigation, this case became a problematic one for him. Soon, he finds that his overconfidence causes a delay in the investigation, and changes his move. The rest of the story deals with the exposure of fraud and the people involved in it.

, Aneesh Gopal, and Dinesh Kollappally are good in their roles. Sanju Sivaram and Devaki should be appreciated for their performances. It is Kalabhavan Shajon who impresses the audience with his natural performance. His body language, dialogue delivery, and expressions are exciting to watch.
Analysis
The first half of the film showcases the feelings of the people after the bank is set in their town. They feel that they are relieved from the money lenders. Did they actually get the needed relief? The second half has the investigation sequences in finding out the bank fraud. The writing is okay in some places and need grip in a few places. However, it lacks technical grip in the climax. The actors are perfect for their roles, especially, Shajon. The music gels well with the sequences. Jassie Gift’s title song is good, too. The visuals are okay, and the editing could’ve been better.

Despite the weakness it highlights, the film has some good performances with twists and turns that make it watchable once!
