Plot
Harishankar is a short-tempered cop who gets demoted for manhandling his senior authority. After re-joining, he was given a fake jewellery case. While investigating, he finds some pattern in the crime. Meanwhile, the case takes a new turn, and Harishankar is accused of involving in the crime, which he has no clue about. The rest of the film deals with the case and how Harishankar frees himself from the case.
Star Performance
Kunchacko fits perfectly as Harishankar and impresses the audience with his dialogue delivery and performance. Priyamani has done her role perfectly. She has some performing scenes. Jagadish and Vishak have got good roles to do. The rest of the cast have done what they were asked.
Analysis
The story appears to be a normal revenge thriller, but it has interesting elements unlike the regular thrillers. The writing is perfect, and we should appreciate the makers for using the right pace. The characters are properly designed. Priyamani is given a solid scene towards the climax, and she nailed it. Even the kid who was chased in the climax is given importance, and the presence of mind of that character is appreciable. The film has unexpected twists and enough suspense. The visuals are neat, especially the investigation scenes and a couple of close-up shots that captured the minute expressions. The BGM is pretty good.
