Plot
Chulbul Pandey’s life was going on fine with his wife. Chulbul also teases Makki, his brother. When Chulbul investigates a prostitution case, his life takes a new turn. He had to clash with Balli, a wealthy and powerful guy, who is the main source of the prostitution racket. Chulbul has been targeted now by Balli. What happens next? Chulbul gets deep into the memories of Khushi. What is the connection between Khushi and the current scenario? Watch the film to know the rest.
Star Performance
Salman Khan looks smart and stylish as Chulbul Pandey. His romance with Saiee is interesting too. Sonakshi is good in her role. Sudeep has done his best as a menacing villain. His screen presence is excellent. Arbaaz did justice to the given role.
Analysis
The film seems to be the prequel to the previous franchise. The script is a predictable one with a normal screenplay. Yet, Salman’s presence and his chemistry with the heroines are awesome. Certain scenes seem to be lengthy. Although the intro scene is good, the editor should have cropped some unwanted parts in it. Prabhu Deva had shown Salman from a different angle. Salman’s dialogue delivery and body language are good. But, some comedy scenes seem to be forced. Similarly, the songs should have been minimized. It affects the flow of the story. With the Salman element on the hand, Prabhu Deva had played his game.
