Rajiv Kachroo is an Indian movie actor who was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra and went to Ness Wadia College of Commerce, Pune, Maharashtra and G.M. College, Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. He has acted in many high profile movies. In 1994, he appeared in a tv series called Zabaan Sambhal Ke which was an Indian version of the British sitcom Mind Your Language (1977).
Then in 2008, he was seen in a short drama called ‘Cactus’ which was written and directed by Amreetaa Roy and starred Karan Dharamsi alongside Rajiv Kachroo. In 2009, he was seen in Paa which went on to receive twelve awards and ten nominations. The movie was about a father that tries to help his son cope with a rare condition that causes the young boy to age beyond his years.
He was also seen playing the character of a sports teacher in a film called Do Paise Ki Dhoop, Chaar Aane Ki Baarish (2009). He was also seen playing Bajrangi in Dabangg (2010), Dabangg 2 (2012) and is yet again filming for Dabangg 3 in 2019. He was seen in Reddy (2011) and was seen playing the role of Noel in ‘
