Plot
Anwar, a mysterious detective working in a small detective agency, ‘Inner Eye’ in Kolkata. He likes to overindulge himself in his client’s cases, which creates a lot of chaos and comedic situations for him and the audience.

Analysis
Anwar Ka Ajab Kissa is a story set in Kolkata and it features two of the most talented and versatile actors of Bollywood Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Pankaj Tripathi. The plot begins with setting high expectations for the audience with its dynamic duo and intriguing plot. However, the plot always felt short of meeting those expectations. The rural setting of the film makes you more attached with the characters but the translations makes it hard to be emotionally attached with the story. The director does a fantastic job of conveying the central theme of the film that is human touch and emotion.
