Sinoy Joseph is an Indian film Sound Mixer artist and a sound designer. He was born on July 31, and the year 1981. His nationality is Indian. He is Sound Engineer by profession. He was active in the Tamil film Industry since 2004. He was born in Kottayam, Kerala, India. Sinoy is youngest child in his family. He has four siblings. His father is a schoolteacher at the St. Michel's Higher Secondary School, Kudavechoor, and Kerala. He was born in a middle-class family in Kudavechoor, near Vaikom, Kerala. Sinoy did his schooling from the St. Michel's Higher Secondary School. His wife name is Asha Sinoy. Moreover, his daughter name is Serafin Sinoy. Sinoy is also fond of extra-curricular activities like painting, singing, and dancing.

He was associated with the cultural program Kala Prathibha in Kerala. It is a youth festival organized specially for young talents. He has been a member of three years. He is the winner of various awards in the field of dancing and singing at the village and state level. He went into the St. Xavier's College for pre-college. He did his graduation in Electronic and Computer Hardware with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. He has a keen interest in music and sound. That is why his destiny brought him to the Chetana Academy and Studio for perusing the Sound Engineering profession. Apart from his career, he has worked on different music albums as a music director and playback singer.

He has also contributed in various short films as an actor as well as director. Sinoy is the winner of different National Level awards. He has been working with the Industry with the 350 movies. He is working with the various languages, and that is around 20 languages in ten years. It includes languages English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Marathi Cinema. Sinoy moves to Mumbai in the year 2005 after doing his Sound Engineering from Chetana Academy. He started his career in Quality Cine Labs, Mumbai as a recordist. He has worked as an assistant Re-Recording Mixer under Deepan Chatterji and Pramod Thomas. He became independent Re-recording Sound Mixer in the year 2008. He recognized with the title Sinoy after he is the winner of 60th National Film Awards for the best Re-recordist of Final Mixed Track of film Gangs of Wasseypur n the year 2012. His works include the movies Piku, Pink, Lai Bhaaari, Sairat, Trapped, Nanban, Carbon, October, Neerali, and English Vinglish.
