Jamie Foxx, the talented actor, didn’t fit in the role, as his character is not well defined. Taron Egerton, who plays the titular role has done a great job. Ben Mendelsohn has nothing significant to do in the film.
Although the story seems to be good, while hearing, the slow-paced narration makes the viewers feel bored. The characterization is not designed properly. The horse chasing scenes and some more action sequences are interesting that the talkie portions. Some of the scenes seem to be improper and irritate the viewers. However, the production values are good.
