Plot
The plot of the story revolves around a CIA operator named Leonard Turner. He was undercover however, in 2005 Leonard gets kidnapped by a bunch of arm dealers. They threatened him to kill his wife and his son. The dealers want him to identify each member of the CIA. Eventually he tries to run but his wife is shot fatally by them. His teenage son, Harry hesitated to shoot the invaders when he had chance. In 2015, Harry joins the branch but gets repeatedly rejected by Leonard in the background. Currently, Leonard is undercover to recover an item capable of hijacking the entire telecommunications. He gets captured by Drake, an armed dealer.
Harry carries out an unofficial mission to rescue his father. He meets his ex girlfriend, Victoria who helped him in taking down Drake. They went to an abandoned factory where Drake tranquilized Harry before he could find Leonard. However, during their fight Leonard gets killed but Drake get killed by Harry. Later, he asks Victoria to restart dating him.
Star performance
Harry is the main character in the film. Kellan Lutz plays his character. Harry sets up an unofficial mission to rescue his father. His character is intense and unique. However, Kellan didn’t do well in the movie. His character was one of the most dramatic. His acting was full of flaws. Other important characters are Leonard Turner and Victoria. Bruce Willis and Gina Carano played their characters, respectively. Both the actors performed terribly in the movie. Their acting turned out to be a huge disappointment.
Other actors like Joshua Mikel, Steve Coulter, Dan Bilzerian, Heather Johansen, Roman Mitichyan, Christopher Rob Bowen, Rob Steinberg, Lydia Hull, Tyler Jon Olson, David Gordon, Nick Loeb, Sierra Love and Nathan Varnson have also delivered problematic performance. Their acting skills lacked depth.
Analysis
Extraction can be a better film. The filmmakers used Bruce Will’s name to attract the audience. However, all the characters in the movie lacked depth. Even the actors gave problematic acting. They could have done better. All the characters in the movie are underdeveloped. They are unrealistic. The scriptwriting in this movie doesn’t even make sense. The exact lead gets kidnapped twice by the same guy. The script is meaningless. The writers did a terrible job. The film was fragile. It lacked substance. The movie’s script is plain. Not only this, but the execution of the movie is even horrible.
The chemistry between the lead and supporting cast is not good. It has terrible cinematography. The film’s pace is horrible. It focuses on many unimportant scenes. It is instead a slow-movie. The music and sound were lousy. They were not fun.

Extraction is not a good movie. One is advised not to waste their time in watching this movie. The actors gave terrible performances. It is not worth your time. One can avoid watching this film.
