Mazhalai Oli is the name offered by the Inner Wheel 323 Women Team, for celebrating Diwali with the children. For 14 years, the Inner Wheel has celebrated the Diwali with 700 Differently Abled children from various institutions. The mentally retarded children are provided with delicious breakfast. They are entertained with music, dance and toys. They are gifted with toilet accessories, towels, crayons, dictionary, energy drink, chocolates and new dresses.
