அந்தச் சட்டமே நிரந்தரமாகலாம்; அல்லது நிரந்தரமாக்கலாம். அறவழி வெற்றியை அறவழியில் கொண்டாடுவதே சாலச்சிறந்தது. அடக்குமுறை – வன்முறை இரண்டும் எவருக்கும் ஏற்றதல்ல. காவல்துறை நண்பர்களே! அமைதிக்கு உதவுங்கள். அறப்போர் வீரர்களே! அமைதிக்குத் திரும்புங்கள்.”
