Suriya To Play Gemini Ganesan?

Suriya Sivakumar has been busy working in Thaana Serndha Koottam with Keerthy Suresh, which is directed by Vignesh Shivan of Naanum Rowdy Dhaan fame. Besides playing in the films, Suriya has been producing and presenting the films. Recently, he presented “Kadugu,” directed by Vijay Milton and featured by “Rajakumaran” and Bharath Srinivasan. He is also producing the upcoming film of Jyothika Saravanan titled Magalir Mattum. The latest news on Suriya is that he will be playing the role of Gemini Ganesan in the Tamil and Telugu bilingual Savitri, which is the biopic of actress “Savitri.” In this film, Keerthy Suresh plays Savitri and Samantha Ruth Prabhu is committed to doing the role of “Jamuna.” If this information is true, it will be the second film for Keerthy and Suriya together. Yet, we have to wait for the official announcement from Suriya.
