Stalin’s Fasting Protest Started!

“M K Stalin,” the DMK leader has started the fasting protest by gathering the DMK cadres in Trichy. The fasting protest is against the disrespect to democracy in the Assembly by the ruling ADMK. The protest started in Thonnur Uzhavar Sandhai in Trichy. While the Floor Test on “Edappadi K Palaniswami” was held in the assembly, Stalin requested for the secret ballot. As the Speaker Dhanapal didn’t permit it, Stalin and DMK cadres started protesting against Dhanapal. Following this, DMK cadres were sent out of the assembly. During the scuffle, Stalin’s shirt was torn. Stalin complained about this to the governor “C Vidyasagar Rao.” Meanwhile, Tamilnadu Congress Committee leader “S Thirunavukkarasar” has announced that they will join DMK in the fasting protest. Manithaneya Makkal Katchi and Indian Union Muslim League are also participating in the protest.
