SPB Dedicates His Centenary Award To The Army Men!

“S P Balasubrahmanyam,” the legendary musician, singer cum actor has been honored with the Centenary Award at 47th International Film Festival held here in Goa. During his speech, the six-time National Award winner said that he is proud to receive the honorary award, which had been awarded to the legends. He agreed that he had achieved something in his life. The Padmashri recipient also said that he dedicates the award to his mom and then to the army men, who have been sacrificing their lives for the security of our nation. Hats off to you Sir! SPB is the recipient of various awards including two civilian awards, Padmashri and Padmabhushan. He has sung more than forty thousand songs for the past five decades. His talent is not limited to the south but had widespread in Bollywood too. M Venkaiah Naidu, Minister of information and Broadcasting, handed over the award to SPB. Congrats, Sir!
