The government should take initiatives to link all the rivers. Nearly, 60% of the Ganges water flows into the sea, without being used. Is there any need to send a rocket to Mars at the moment? What is the basic need of the people? Without water, people are suffering a lot. Rockets to Mars could be sent even after ten years. Fulfilling the basic requirements of the people should be the prime motive of the government.” There is nothing wrong with Sivakumar’s anger, say the people. When will the Cauvery dispute stop?
