Shiva Starrer Creates A Record!

“Shiva,” the actor, who impressed everyone with his comedy performance in Tamizh Padam, has come with the sequel, “Thamizh Padam 2.” The film is the spoof of the films and politics, directed by CS Amudhan. Although it is a comedy film, playing in a parody movie needs some guts. Without leaving anyone, the team made fun of the leading stars, politicians. They hadn’t left “Rajinikanth” and Kamal Haasan too. As Shiva had to spoof them, it is possible to earn their aversion. But, Shiva had played it excellently well without any hesitation. The film that released on last Thursday had collected Rs. 2.03 crores in Chennai city alone. If the rural entertainer Kadaikutty Singam by Karthik Sivakumar released a bit late, Thamizh Padam 2 would have collected well still more. Kadaikutty Singam collected Rs. 1.49 crores at the end of three days after the release. Kadaikutty Singam is directed by “Pandiraj” and it has Sayesha Saigal as the female lead.
