It is for the first Time in India AR Rahman launched “Seaboard Rise by ROLI” at his KM Music Conservatory. The students of KM Conservatory provided an open performance with Seaboard Rise along with a 3 day workshop. Manon Dave, ROLI's product manager for the Seaboard Rise, is managing the workshop with the students from October 9th to 13th at KM Music Conservatory.
AR Rahman invited 6 students to his studio yesterday, who are said to be working dedicatedly with Manon Dave on the Seaboard RISE. He explained it lively and taught them various sounds and techniques. At the meeting, he spoke about the instrument with the students and also about the necessity of the right mindset to play it.
The Music students at A.R. Rahman's Conservatory in Chennai were the very first people to play the Seaboard RISE in India and among the first set of users in the world. The students will be provided with the fresh pieces tomorrow, the October 13th, at 7pm at KM Music Conservatory Auditorium.
