S Ve Shekher Slams The Censor Board Members For Kabali!

Manal Kayiru was a super hit film in the 80s. A sequel to the film has been taken after thirty-four years. The film has been helmed by Madhan Kumar, who directed Yaaruda Mahesh. The film has “S Ve Shekher,” his son Ashwin Shekhar, Shamna Kasim alias Poorna, Kuriyakos Ranga and “Visu” in the lead roles. Poorna plays the daughter of Shekher and Ashwin plays his son-in-law. Recently, the film had been wrapped up and the team sent it for film certification. After watching the film, the censor board members provided it with U/ A Certificate. On hearing this, Shekher was out of control and slammed the officials. He shouted at them that in what sense did they give U certificate to “Kabali” starred by “Rajinikanth,” Radhika Apte and “Dhansika,” which is a gangster film with a lot of street fights. If Kabali could get U certificate, why his film couldn’t get is the question by the actor cum director. He also said that he would file a suit against the censor board.
