S S Rajamouli who recently won the award for the Best Film at the 63rd National Awards Ceremony for Baahubali- The Beginning is now working on its sequel. Although the shoot has been kept on hold for the terrible heat in the city of Hyderabad, he still has to work on the plot and get things done. The film will be a 2017 release. When quizzed about his interest in making films for the Hollywood industry, the director says that he has a lot to offer to India at the moment. The thought of making films that revolved around the nation’s history and greatness came from the stories that his grandmother would tell him in his childhood days. He feels that the people of the country must know about these inspiring stories. He feels that cinema will be a nice way to communicate with audience of India and let them know of their country’s emperors and epics. He has no plans of making it into Hollywood; in fact he is not even interested to work there- at least not before he is done with delivering good stories to India.
