The President of Local Advisory Committee resigned his job and announced it today. Here is the Press Release from him

I Nuthalapatti Srikrishna, President of local advisory committee Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam Chennai tendered my resignation resigning from the presidentship of LAC with immediate effect. I have sent the resignation to honorable CM Garu and TTD. As president for over 3 years and special invitee board member to TTD trust board I have discharged my duties to the best of ability and to my satisfaction and while there will always be some leftover agenda which I am sure my successors will complete those jobs. With the blessings of the lord in my tenure we were able to operationalize POTTU for making naivedyam for the lord which was indeed a most sacred initiative and we have successfully performed the mahasamprokshana of SV temple at Kanyakumari a landmark temple that has come up and receiving huge devotee patronage every day and these are few among many initiatives that have been introduced at the temple. I had a very good team of LAC members who were every committed to the service of lord and I thank all the members for their support in discharging my duties as president. I also thank the staff members of TTD both at Chennai as well as TTD Tirupati for the support in all the years, but for their support nothing would have been possible. Above all I thank the donors who always supported all the initiatives at the temple for the convenience of devotees. All such initiatives were received very well and continued their support. I also thank media for continued support in bringing the news of all rituals and festivals conducted at the temple and the support of media in emails I think the Government of Andhra Pradesh and TTD for entrusting us the responsibility and supporting us all the time. I pray lord Balaji to bestow his blessings on all the devotees and participants of the temple rituals and owners and subsequent advisory committees.
