He has filed the complaint about misappropriating the funds and cheating. It is found out that there are no vouchers and bills found for the usage of Rs. 40, 00, 000, which is said to be utilized in Malaysian program. Already the discussions were going on and the ex-President and his team were requested to submit the bills and vouchers for the said amount on or before 30th September 2016.
