,” Ilavarasi and Sudhakaran. The case was filed in 1996. It was taken over by the Karnataka government from the year 2004. A list of expenses incurred by Karnataka government has been sent to the TN government and they want the TN Government to reimburse Rs. 12.4 Cr. In this case, Sasikala and her relatives are sentenced to 4 years imprisonment and a fine of Rs. 10 Crore each. Rs. 100 Cr fine had been levied on Jaya and it would be obtained by disposing of some of the properties.
