Kamal Haasan In Buckingham Palace With Queen Elizabeth II!

UK – India Year of Culture 2017 was launched at the Buckingham Palace.

Finance Minister Arun Jaitley represented the Indian government.

Actors Kamal Haasan, Suresh Gopi, Gurdas Mann, cricketer Kapil Dev and some more people from the film industry took part in the historical event.

Kamal shared his views on Queen Elizabeth, who inaugurated his film,"Marudhanayagam."

“The Queen seemed in good health and remembered her visit to India fondly. The Duke of Edinburgh was in great shape and health as well. The exchange was brief as there were too many people. You might remember during Her Majesty's visit to India, she visited my film set. Probably the only film shooting she had attended in her whole life,” says Kamal.

At the party, the 90-year-old queen was accompanied by her husband, Duke of Edinburgh, grandson Prince William, William’s wife Kate Middleton and Prince Philip.
