Kalaiyarasan’s Adhe Kangal!

Kalaiyarasan Harikrishnan of “Madras” fame is a popular face in India, as he performed a supportive role in “Kabali” with “Rajinikanth.” The actor will be seen next in Adhe Kangal, a romantic thriller. Rohin Venkatesan, a debutant directs the film. Besides Kaliyarasan, the film has Janani Iyer, Bala Saravanan and Sshivada Nair in the lead roles. In this film, Janani will play a reporter, whereas Kalaiyarasan portrays a chef and Sshivada, a sales girl. “Oomai Vizhigal” fame Aravindh Raj, De Monte Colony fame Abhishek and Sanjay Jayaraman will play crucial roles. Rohin says that with just two songs left, they have wrapped up the talkie portions. Post-production works have started and the team plans to release the film in November. However, the director didn’t reveal the details of the story. If the film becomes a hit, Kalaiyarasan will join the boy next door heroes list. Already we have “Dhanush,” and “Sivakarthikeyan” in the top of the list.
