Jiiva To Act With A Real Chimpanzee!

“Jiiva,” who has been gearing up for the release of his next film, “Kalakalappu 2” with “Shiva,” “Jai,” Nikki Galrani and Catherine Tresa, directed by Sundar C, has committed doing a film with a real chimpanzee. Yes, you read it right, Chimpanzee! This is the first time a real chimpanzee is used in the Tamil cinema. The film has been titled as “Gorilla.” The chimpanzee is trained by Samut Station from Thailand that had successfully trained the chimpanzees in films including Planet of the Apes and Hangover 2. The chimp will play the central role with Jiiva and Shalini Pandey. Shalini Pandey has been playing in 100% Kaadhal with “G V Prakash Kumar.” The heist thriller film has the music composition of “C S Sam.” Shalini Pandey, the heroine of the film has also been booked in a Tamil and Malayalam bilingual film with Dulquer Salmaan.
