Bhagyaraj stated that when the men involved are portrayed as criminals, the women, who are called victims should also be blamed. He stated that if they don’t provide space to those people, how would those guys, enter in. Bhagyaraj stated that the parents provide mobile phones for the girls for their safety purpose. But, they welcome the trouble through chatting.
