Is Anushka, The Next Naachiyaar?

Anushka Shetty, the lady superstar, was last seen in “Bhaagamathie.” Even after the super hit success of the film, Anushka didn’t sign any movies. She said that she has plans to shed her extra weight and so, didn’t commit to any films. However, many filmmakers are approaching Anushka with woman-centric films. The latest rumor about Anushka is that she has been approached to play in the Telugu remake of “Naachiyaar,” the super hit Tamil film, which has Jyothika Saravanan in the lead role. Jyothika has been receiving appreciation for her rugged look and smart performance. It is heard that if Anushka gives a positive nod, then the film will be made in Telugu or else, it will be just dubbed and released. So, we have to wait for the confirmation from Anushka’s side. Meanwhile, Jyothika has signed doing the remake of Tumhari Sulu, the hit Bollywood film by Vidya Balan.
