Impressed by his real story, Twinkle Khanna scripted a story and published as a book. Now, the biography has been filmed in the name “Padman” and it has been successfully running in the theaters. The film features Akshay Kumar, Radhika Apte and Sonam Kapoor. It was Twinkle Khanna, who approached Arunachalam Muruganantham for filming his story. As the terms mentioned by Twinkle are transparent, he agreed to it. He also stated that the incidents that are shown in the film are 85% true. It was said that the film would also be made in all the southern languages too. If it is done, Arunachalam’s choice is “Dhanush.” Arunachalam says that before he implemented his ideas, he was tied to a tree and was beaten by the villagers. After seeing him successful, those people have come and told him that they already knew that he would be successful one day.
